Spanos' Pancakes May 12 2014

1 Cup Gluten Free Pancake Mix (Pamela's, Bob's, Glutinos, or Breads By Anna)

1 Organic Egg

1 Tablespoon Canola Oil

1/4 Cup Bob's Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Fage 2% or Full Fat Yogurt

Milk (Coconut, Almond, any) to a cake batter consistency

2 T Nut butter(sunflower/peanut/almond)

 

Add 1/4 Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, your preference. 

You can also add chia powder, hemp powder, or flaxseed but not more than 

1 T or it will over power the flavor.

Cook on preheated Grill at the lowest possible setting.

Flip when you can get under the pancake, don't press.
